Our industry works on things that make a difference in people’s lives but our productivity is still lagging. We see a lot of exciting advances in technology that can be used for infrastructure development and therefore our goal is to bring those advances to our industry, bridging the gap between the outdated monotonous workflows and current technology that rely on automation.

Who we are

Pixeline is a BIM service provider located in Kampala, the capital of Uganda. We are providing Building Information Modelling services, consultancy services on how to implement them in architectural and engineering projects. Pixeline was established to grow the BIM in Africa starting with Uganda. We are actively developing BIM workflows for all our design projects as well as our partners.

Practice

All services seem familiar but there is a twist, we adopt world-class industry technologies. We replace the monotonous tasks with new available automation and technologies without compromising the client’s expectations.

Research and Develop

We explore the extents of the new technologies and find ways they can fit perfectly in particular services. We go further by testing these workflows on case study projects to fine-tune them and ensure they can be used for various projects all the industry.

Document

Once the workflows have passed our quality and have tried on several projects, we create detailed blogs and documentation for our partners and our communities to try out. We also encourage feedback from our community on how to make the workflows even better.

Teach

We prepare lectures with detailed material to equip graduates and young engineers with the right skills to design with improved workflows. This is through virtual and physical events prepared annually by Pixeline in partnership with our partners and community.

Reinvent

We believe in continuous improvement. We believe even more in optimisation therefore we develop software and applications that are tailored to solve African engineering problems and make design decisions easier and more predictable.
